| Abstract:The project topic is to reduce the dosage of reinforcing materials. The method of reducing the dosage of dry strength agent and improving the system of pulping and papermaking process was discussed. By using Six Sigma tools to analyze and verify the relevant factors affecting the dosage of dry strength agent, DOE test design was carried out for key factors to find the optimal parameters, so as to achieve the goal of reducing the dosage of dry strength agent, providing reference for similar problems in the paper industry. |
