| Abstract:The trouble of traditional surface sizing system in linerboard production was analyzed，the influence of rebuilding the circulatory system with adopting surface sizing starch cleaning technology was studied. The source of impurity and constituent in the siging strch were analyzed. And combined with the laboratory findings，a complete operation scheme of the scheming sizing starch purification was developed. The fibers and large impurities in the starch could be effectively removed. Viscosity and concentration of the starch in the process of circulation were stabilized after rebuilding. The burst strength and folding endurance of the linerboard were improved in various degrees. The times and frequency of paper break were decreased, and missing coating phenomena couldbe avoided. |
