| Abstract:Research and development of fault diagnosis technology of new medium and high speed tissue paper machine dryer cylinder bearings are an important topic in the paper equipment industry. Based on the vibration mechanism of medium and high speed tissue machine dryer bearings, combined with the structure and failure mode of the dryer bearing, The characteristics of time domain and frequency domain were studied when the fault existed in the inner and outer ring raceways and the rolling element surface of the dryer bearings, and the equations of inherent vibration frequency and various fault vibration specific frequencies were purposed. Using the self-developed fault diagnosis system to carry out fast Fourier transform analysis of the actual test data, it was found that the vibration characteristics of the medium and high speed tissue machine dryer cylinder bearings could be extracted by monitoring the condition of the medium and high speed tissue machine operation ride dryer bearings. It could be used for online judgment on whether existed a fault in the dryer bearings. |
