| Abstract:According to the technical requirements of the modern high speed duplex cutter, the servo control scheme was analyzed. At present, most domestic paper cutter are imported equipment with high price. Aiming at the problem of cutting accuracy of paper cutter, a control system of paper cutter based on STM32 was put forward, so as to reduce production cost and improve the accuracy of paper cutting. This paper mainly introduced the technological process of the paper cutter, and analyzed the control scheme combining frequency conversion control and servo control.Finally, the motor speed curve of the paper cutting roller followed by the paper feeding roller was obtained through the experiment, and the accuracy of the paper cutting could reach to ±1 mm by error analysis, which proved the feasibility of the control system of the paper cutter． |
