| Abstract:Firstly, the paper analyzed the pollution status of papermaking industry under environmental regulations. Secondly, the five indexes of industrial waste were selected to measure the intensity of environmental regulations in China’s paper industry. Seven green technology innovation indicators were selected to carry out empirical analysis by gray correlation method. The results showed that there was the highest correlation between the intensity of environmental regulationsand the expenditure of new product development, and the correlation between the intensity of environmental regulations and R&D expenditure was the smallest, and the correlation degrees from low to high in between were the new product sales income, the number of new product development projects, the patent number applied and R&D personnel. And on this basis,the corresponding countermeasures for China’s paper industry green development under the environmental regulations were put forward. |
