Abstract:Analyze the impacts of vacuum supply， doctoring and online dewatering measurement on paper machine energy consumption and runnablity. High efficient and reliable doctoring and online dewatering measurement build the foundations for the paper machine to run at optimized vacuum levels. Doctoring， dewatering measurement and vacuum control have the synergy function， which lead to an optimized dewatering and vacuum system energy consumption， and at the same time， an improved paper machine systematic runnability and efficiency．
