| Abstract:Based on modeling software Solidworks, the models of three different commonly use refiner discs working in low consistency refining were built, and those three refiner discs were simulated and analyzed by the CFD software Flowsimulation. By only changing the arrangement of the bar on the plate, we simulated the pulp flow velocity, flow patern and the force on the surface of the bars with Flowsimulation, it was found that the differences were obvious in the three different refiner discs, and each had advantages and disadvantages. The study result provided some references for selecting the refiner discs with different bar arrangement of the refiners working in low consistency refining, and also for the investigation of the bar failure of the discs． |
