| Abstract:The effect of flocculant(APAM), dipersant(PEO) and the reaction agent on the preparation of stalle fiber bundles of rayon fiber, which were used in the manufacture of tour dragon paper, was investigated. The results showed that fiber bundles had close structure when flocculation agent dosage was 0.6%(on rayon fiber). When dispersant dosage was 0.2%, fiber dispersion effect was better. On the other hand, reaction agent promoted the fiber bundle structure more close, the amount was 2%, the morphology of the fiber tow was obvious, fiber tow uniformly dispersed in the solution． |
