| Abstract:Waste coated paper recycled pulp was prepared using vacuum metallized base paper as saw material. The source, morphology, component and contribution rate to anion trash of the macro stickies, micro stickies and dissolved and colloid substances were studied by SEM, infrared spectrum and partical charge detector respectively. The conclusion was drawn that SBR was the main source of stickies, pigments were wrapped by macro stickies, micro stickies were absorbed by calcium carbonate ,and DCS was dispersed stably in water which caused most of the anionic trash. The macro stickies could be eliminated from the white water in papermaking, while on control of the micro stickies and DCS could be realized by adding 0.2% cationic modified polyethyleneimine. |
