| Abstract:Aiming at the problems that the motor used for driving the unwind roll in rewinder is usually bigger than needed in China. This article discussed the selected principle for the motor used for driving the unwind roll in terms of the scope of speed adjusting, the power, the torque, the time of paper machine halt caused by paper break and other aspects. And taking the rewinder control system of one mill in Shandong as examples, the way of speed regulation combining constant torque speed regulation and constant power speed regulation was used, the calculation method of the parameters which were needed for the selection of the motor of the unwind roll, two kinds of optimizing schemes for selection of an appropriate motor for the unwind roll of rewinder were proposed. |
