| Abstract:A combined fuzzy control and expert control system used in the control of pulp consistency was introduced. Based on the large lag of pulp consistency and the uncertainty of its model, the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of control method were discussed and compared by using the simulation software Matlab. The simulation results showed that the expert-fuzzy PID control system was superior to the traditional PID control, the dynamic characteristics of the system could be greatly improved, and the system more quickly entered into a stable state, and also had good robustness. |
