| Abstract:The principle of speed regulation of the DC motor based on the combination of flux weakening control and voltage regulation was introduced in the paper, flux weakening control method and idea were put forward from the principle and the dynamic structure analysis. Combining author’s practice experiences in rewinders’ electric control engineering, the controlling principle of Eurotherm 590+DC speed regulator and the application of flux weakening control were introduced, and a list of parameters to achieve the application was put in the table, the related faults and the solution of flux weakening control were discussed. |
