Abstract:Anionic copolymer surfactant AOS-AA was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using sodium α-olefin sulfonate (AOS) and acrylic acid (AA) as raw material. The synthesis process was optimized, and the combined deinking performance of the copolymer surfactant AOS-AA and nonionic surfactants was investigated. The structure of the anionic copolymer was characterized by FT-IR, the relative molecular mass and its distribution of the product were measured by GPC and the deinking efficiencies of the anionic copolymer alone, the mixed deinking agent and commercial deinking agent were compared by SEM. It was found that the best deinking effect could be obtained when the preparation conditions of the product was as follows: n(AOS)∶n(AA)=1∶2, w(APS)=3.0%, reaction temperature 85℃, reaction time 5 h and pH value of the polymer 8~9. When the mixed deinking agent of m(AOS-AA)∶m(AEO-9)=1∶2 and with dosage 0.2%; the whiteness of the deinked OMG could reach to 72.1% and the residual ink concentration was only 41.4 mm2/m2. |
