| Abstract:The oil-air lubrication technology is a new energy-saving technology. It can avoid some shortcomings of the existing thin oil lubrication technology and improve the lubrication efficiency of the bearings in the high-speed paper machine dryer section. This paper introduced the oil-air lubrication technology and the technology status of lubricating bearings in the high-speed paper machine dryer section. Meanwhile, based on the simulation of practical working condition, this paper designed a experiment device for oil-air lubrication of the bearings in the high-speed paper machine dryer section, aiming at providing the technical support for verifing the relevant theoretical data and providing research device for optimizing the actual process parameters. |
