| Abstract:The electromagnetic shielding coatings, based on iron Si-Al soft magnetic powder as conductive filler, were coated on the shielding paper made of carbon fiber to prepare the electromagnetic shielding paper. The influences of different coating conditions on the electromagnetic shielding and conductive properties were investigated. An orthogonal experiment was conducted to research the coating conditions. The results showed that, when ratio of filler to resin was 3.0∶1, coupling agent dosage 2.5%, curing time 40 min at 50℃, and coating thickness 110 μm. The shielding effectiveness of coated carbon fiber paper was shown up to 56 dB. |
