Abstract:The water cooling wall in the bottom part of recovery boiler furnace chamber and the phenomenon appearing various cracks on the stainless steel layer of the complex pipes were introduced. The reasons of cracks generation were analysed in details and the endangerment of the cracks and the measures for its restoration were discussed.
