| Abstract:The determination method of alkylphenol ethoxylates in household paper by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry was established. Different analytical conditions of chromatography and mass spectrometry were respectively investigated. The parameters of the test method were optimized, included extraction conditions, such as extraction solutions, extraction method, extraction time and extraction times, the stability of the sample solution was also investigated. The limit of detection was 0.075～0.50 mg/kg, The recoveries of the method were between 72.0%～102.2%. The RSDs were 0.69%～6.70%. The linear correlation coefficient of standard curves was greater than 0.9990. The method was precise, simple, easy to operate, capable of getting a desired recovery, and the approach was suitable for routine quick determination of alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ethers in household paper. |
