Abstract:The pyrolysis characteristics of Aspen APMP effluent solid were studied via thermogravimetric analysis. The effects of pyrolysis temperature and heating rate on the pyrolysis characteristics were investigated. And pyrolysis process was analyzed by means of Coats-Redfern method, pyrolysis kinetic parameters of Aspen APMP effluent solid at different heating rates were calculated. The results showed that the reaction order of Aspen APMP effluent solid pyrolysis was 2 at the organic pyrolysis region, the activation energy and frequency factor in the decomposition increased slightly with the heating rate.
