| Abstract:Through the graphic description and analysis of organic and inorganic substances in black liquid, focusing on the influence of the inorganic double salt burkeite on the ultra strong evaporation crystallization, a black liquid solids content equation model was established by using mathematical methods (elliptic equation method), and applied to the practical production. The adding point and adding quantities of mirabilite and alkali ash in domestic alkali recovery ultra strong evaporation crystallization process were defined. It is of significance to the alkali recovery crystallization evaporation programming operation. |
