| Abstract:This paper put up a new manufacture process, laser welding, to manufacture the lamella of plate falling film evaporator. Provided the calculation method of allowable pressure for the lamella and compared the difference of manufacture technologies between spot welding and laser welding. It is considered that the laser welding technology, can greatly improve pressure bearing capability of the lamella; the thickness of the lamella can be reduced and a lot of metal resource can be saved by the optimum design. |
