| Abstract:In this study, test methods of leather release paper performance are designed at the beginning. DE-7 and R-37 which are made in Japan are widely used to manufacture shoe artificial leather in our country recent years, and domestic products are made in Hong Kong and Zhejiang. The main properties of the Japanese products and the domestic products were compared. The results showed that the heat resistances of the domestic and the Japanese release papers are both well. The disadvantages of the domestic products are also pointed out: the strength is lower, the repeat use times and the types of embossed pattern are much less. At last the future development of domestic release paper is prospected. |
