| Abstract:The production system of producing interleaving paper for stainless steel in a mill was introduced. Many problems with the system were formed in the trial production, such as the irrational design and installation of the beating section, forming section and press section etc. This paper provided the solutions for the problems in production process. The better performance of the production line including speed raised 32 m/min, annual output increased 3000 t, and operation rate increased 7 units was achieved. |
