| Abstract:This paper discussed the TCF bleaching for AS-AQ pulp of corn stalk cuticle. The results showed that the brightness of AS-AQ pulp after pretreatment of acid DTPA and Op stage reaches 77.4% ISO. The brightness of the pulp reaches 81.4% ISO after further bleaching with hydrogen peroxide bleaching.The brightness of the pulp from Op stage and further bleaching with sodium dithionite reaches 80.6% ISO. The brightness of the pulp can increase by 7.8 percentage points through the bleaching process of Op-P-Y, and its bleaching effect is better than the bleaching process of Op-Y-P. |
