Abstract:In this study, the chemical composition, fiber morphology, biological structure and lignin structure of three kinds of bamboo were studied by field emission scanning electron microscopy, gel permeation chromatography and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The results showed that with the increase of bamboo age, the average length and width of bamboo fiber increased slightly, but the ratio of length-width remained unchanged. The fiber cell wall of the fiber strand in the bundle was thickened gradually. The hemicellulose, cold water and hot water extracted from the bamboo gradually decreased. Acid insoluble, acid soluble lignin, lignin content and benzenol extract content increased. The lignin of different bamboo ages is GSH type, and the main bonding mode between lignin structural units is β?O?4 ether bond. With the increase of bamboo age, the S/G value increases, the molecular weight of lignin increases, and the content of β?O?4 ether bond increases. |
