| Abstract:This paper describes the changes in the chemical composition of the raw material itself during different storage periods of the dissolving pulp of Sargasso pine raw materials, and analyzes the yield and physical indexes through the cooking experiments of raw materials in different storage periods. The impact of different stages of the production process of dissolving pulp and the impact of the final product quality is analyzed, and the amount of alkali, yield, viscosity, whiteness, reaction properties of raw materials in different storage periods, so as to formulate the optimal pre-hydrolysis conditions, alkali dosage and bleaching process. |
