Abstract:This paper explores the connotation of transformation and upgrading in the paper industry, proposes the concept of industrial transformation and upgrading capability, and constructs an evaluation model for upgrading capability. The model employs the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for weight allocation and overall assessment. Taking Huatai Group as a case study, an empirical analysis based on relevant data from 2019 to 2022 shows that Huatai Group’s transformation and upgrading capability has improved year by year, particularly in the areas of automatic control system integration, production process data interconnection, and remote collaborative control. |
