Abstract:China is rich in bamboo resources, and by optimizing the processing process of bamboo pulp fiber, the performance of whole bamboo pulp paper can be improved, which will help alleviate the shortage of wood pulp raw materials. In this study, natural bamboo pulp was taken as the research object, and long fiber (R16) and short fiber (P16) were obtained by fully enclosed grading screening. The lignin content, fiber quality and pulping characteristics of long and short fibers were analyzed, and the effects of long and short fiber mixing process on the physical properties of bamboo pulp paper were explored. The study found that the lignin content of P16 was higher than that of R16. During the beating process, the fiber morphology of P16 was mainly caused by the breaking of the primary and secondary walls, while the surface filamentization of R16 was the main effect. The average fiber length of R16 and P16 decreased, and the fine fiber content, water retention value and crystallinity increased. The optimal mixing and beating degrees of R16 and P16 were 32 °SR and 36 °SR, respectively, and the burst resistance of the obtained paper was 339.5 kPa, the tensile strength was 68.38 N, and the tear strength was 1062.4 mN, which were better than those of ungraded bamboo pulp paper. |
