Abstract:In order to explore the effect of rapid detection method of moisture content of heated tobacco sheets and smoke agent on the moisture detection results. Seven kinds of heated tobacco sheets and paper bases with different fuming agent contents were used as test objects. The constant temperature drying characteristics of thin slices at four temperatures were studied, and the effects of three factors of paper-based moisture, propylene glycol and glycerol on the moisture detection results were studied by orthogonal experiments. At the same time, three commonly used drying kinetic models were used to fit the drying characteristic curves. The results showed that the standard deviation of the moisture content characterization of each sheet at 70℃ was less than 0.2%; The Logarithmic model is the most suitable mathematical model for predicting the drying characteristics of heated tobacco sheet; The volatilization of propylene glycol in the paper base was significantly higher than that of glycerol. Propylene glycol had a greater effect on the water test results, while glycerol had a small effect. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the rapid detection of moisture content in heated cigarette products. |
