Abstract:Paper deformation is a common problem in the papermaking, printing, and packaging industries. It not only affects the quality of printed materials and the yield of packaging products, but also leads to an increase in production costs. This article aims to explore the causes of paper deformation, including paper factors, environmental factors, processing technology factors, etc. A series of measures have been proposed to address these issues, including paper production control, environmental control, humidity control, and improvement of processing technology operations, in order to enhance the dimensional stability of paper and reduce the occurrence of deformation. |
