Abstract:As a new generation of energy-saving environmental protection products, magnetic levitation air compressor can reduce energy consumption in papermaking, help to achieve double carbon, in line with the national 14th five-year strategic plan. To provide guidance for impeller structure optimization and ensure that the static strength of the impeller at the highest speed to meet the requirements of the design criteria, deformation in line with the installation requirements, the structural strength of the impeller was analyzed by the finite element analysis method and the influence trend of the impeller structure on the stress and deformation was also discussed based on the semi-open impeller of a magnetic levitation air compressor.
