| Abstract:Based on the design experience of several CLO2 production lines and the results after putting into operation, In this paper, the automatic control safety measures of chlorine dioxide plan are set from the aspects of explosion-proof area division, instrument explosion-proof, combustible and toxic gas detector setting, HAZOP analysis, instrument SIL grade and SIS system, etc., in order to ensure the safety and stability of chlorine dioxide plan. |
