Abstract:Based on the tobacco sheet prepared by thick pulp method, the correlation between the moisture content of the sheet and environmental humidity and equilibrium time was studied, and the influence of inorganic fillers such as bentonite and talc powder on the moisture absorption performance and physical indicators of the sheet were explored. The experimental results show that the higher the initial moisture content of the sheet, the higher the moisture content of the balance 2 hours under the subsequent higher humidity. The moisture content of the sheet for balancing 2 hours could reflect the moisture adsorption rate of the sheet to some extent. Adding bentonite or talc powder to the sheet was beneficial for reducing its moisture absorption characteristic. The appropriate amount of addition was 2.0% by mass concentration, and the tightness and tensile strength of the sheet meet the subsequent processing requirements. From the sensory quality evaluation results, talc powder was ideal filler. |
