Abstract:With the rapid growth of new energy vehicles worldwide and the rapid rise of the energy storage market, sodium-ion batteries, as a representative of low-cost energy storage batteries, are ushering in new development opportunities. Lignin is rich in resources, and the hard carbon carbon materials prepared by it have excellent properties, which is undoubtedly the first choice for the negative electrode of sodium ion batteries. In this paper, the advantages, working principle and storage mechanism of sodium-ion batteries are briefly introduced, and the advantages of lignin hard carbon material as the negative electrode of sodium-ion batteries are mainly discussed. The research progress of hard carbon negative electrode materials for sodium-ion batteries and the problems that need further attention in future research are discussed. |
