Abstract:In this study, bamboo chips were pretreated by double-screw extrusion and then cooked by sulfate method in order to improve the efficiency of sulfate cooking. The research results show that the yield of pulp fine pulp is increased by 1.3%, the kappa number is decreased by 5.2 units, and the viscosity is increased by 9 mL?g-1 with the same cooking process parameters when the double screw extruder SL185 is used and the compression ratio is 1:3. Then, a detailed experimental study was carried out to further optimize the cooking process of bamboo material pretreated by double-screw extrusion. The results showed that the yield of pulp fine pulp increased by 9.1%, the kappa number decreased by 0.8 unit and the viscosity increased by 96 mL?g-1 when the alkali consumption was reduced by 1% and the highest cooking temperature was reduced by 6 °C. |
