摘要:采用不同生物酶(Nov 476、Nov 342、Nov 863、 Nov 500L及Nov 51003)处理P-RC APMP,并对酶处理过的P-RC APMP进行PFI磨打浆,以筛选出适合于P-RC APMP酶促打浆的生物酶,并对该酶的酶促打浆工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,Nov 476较适用于P-RC APMP的酶促打浆;P-RC APMP酶促打浆的较优处理条件为:Nov 476处理温度55℃,pH值6.5,Nov 476处理时间1.5 h,用量30 U/g,浆浓3%,打浆时间90 s;优化条件下对P-RC APMP进行Nov 476处理并PFI磨打浆,相同打浆条件下,Nov 476处理过的浆料打浆度比对照浆料提高9°SR;相同打浆度下,Nov 476处理后的浆料能耗降低,且对成纸强度性能没有显著的负面影响。 |
Abstract:In this study, different enzymes were used to pre-treat P-RC APMP pulp before refining in order to find out the enzymes which can be used for enzymatic beating of P-RC APMP. The enzymes treatment conditions (including the treatment temperature, time, pH, pulp concentration and refining conditions) were optimized and the feasibility of enzymatic beating of high yield pulp was evaluated. Results showed that the enzyme cellulase with the symbol of Novozyme 476 is suitable for the enzymatic beating of P-RC APMP, and the optimal conditions are: 55℃, pH value 6.5, enzyme treatment time 1.5 h, pulp consistency 3%,PFI mill refining time 90 s. At this condition, the beating degree increases by 9°SR when the refining conditions are the same as the control sample, and energy consumption can be saved by about 22.2% compared with the same beating degree. There is no negative impact caused by enzyme treatment on the paper strength. |
