摘要:本研究在常温下将2 g沸石在质量分数30%的氯化钴水溶液中浸渍处理60 min,得到氯化钴负载量7.97%的改性沸石,并以此为填料制备了对水敏感的检测试纸。结果表明,氯化钴改性没有改变沸石的结晶结构,氯化钴较均匀地沉积于沸石表面。采用改性沸石制备的检测试纸能在1~5 min内对空气相对湿度的变化做出颜色响应,在相对湿度由12.5%变为54.0%时,其可以发生裸眼可辨的颜色变化,检测效果优于市售氯化钴试纸。
Abstract:In this study, 2 g of zeolite was immersed in 30% cobalt chloride aqueous solution at room temperature for 60 min to prepare modified zeolite with cobalt chloride loading of 7.97%. The water sensitive test paper was further prepared with the modified zeolite as a functional filler. The results showed that the modification with cobalt chloride did not change the crystalline structure of zeolite, and cobalt chloride was uniformly deposited on the surface of zeolite. The test paper prepared with modified zeolite could make color response to the change of relative humidity in the air within 1~5 min, and produce naked eye discernable color change when relative humidity increased from 12.5% to 54.0%, of which the detection capacity was better than that of commercially available cobalt chloride test paper.
