| 摘要:本课题通过对“改向效应”和“多边形效应”2个因素的分析，预估了链板输送机瞬时速度波动范围，并用实际测量数据对预估结果加以验证。通过分析链板输送机瞬时速度波动对纸卷造成的影响，得出瞬时速度波动率超过30%，链板输送机输送损纸现象无法完全消除的结论。 |
| Abstract:Through the analysis of the two factors including “direction change effect” and “polygon effect”， the fluctuation range of the slat conveyor’s instantaneous velocity was predicted， and further verified by the actual measured data. By analying the effects of instantaneous velocity fluctuation of slat conveyor on paper rolls， the conclusion was drawn that the instantaneous velocity fluctuation rate exceeded 30%， and paper damage could not be completely eliminated. |
