摘要:以聚丙烯腈基短切碳纤维为原料,通过湿法成形工艺制备碳纤维纸(简称碳纸)原纸,利用现代分析仪器表征不同处理条件下碳纤维的表面形貌、化学结构及元素价态,观察不同处理条件下碳纤维的分散性及其制备的碳纸原纸的均匀性,研究了高温空气氧化处理的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,经过高温空气氧化处理后,碳纤维表面的氧元素和含氧官能团的含量均显著提高,碳纤维在水中的分散性明显改善,碳纸原纸的均匀性明显提高,电阻率的离散系数从0.22下降到0.05。因此,最佳高温空气氧化改性碳纤维的条件是氧化温度500 ℃、氧化时间2 h。
Abstract:Using polyacrylonitrile-based short carbon fiber as the raw material, the carbon fiber paper(referred to as carbon paper) base paper was prepared by wet forming process, the surface morphology, chemical structure and element valence of carbon fiber under different treatment conditions were characterized by modern analytical instruments. The dispersion of carbon fiber under different treatment conditions and the uniformity of the prepared carbon paper base paper were observed, and the optimum condition for high-temperature air oxidation treatment was studied. The results showed that after high-temperature air oxidation treatment, the content of oxygen element and oxygen-containing functional group on the surface of carbon fiber significantly increased, the dispersion of carbon fiber in water was obviously enhanced, and the uniformity of the carbon paper base paper was significantly improved with the variation coefficient of resistivity decreased from 0.22 to 0.05. The best treatment condition of high-temperature air oxidation modified carbon fiber was at 500 °C for 2 h.
