摘要:为了选择性地降低卷烟侧流烟气中一些挥发性化合物的含量,本研究采用溶胶凝胶法和常温自合成法制备了12种金属复合水凝胶材料。利用冷场发射式扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对材料进行表征分析,水凝胶均匀涂覆在卷烟纸表面后,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)评价其降低挥发性化合物的效果。结果表明,水凝胶材料具有均匀的多孔结构,有利于分散烟气,降低侧流烟气中挥发性化合物的含量;水凝胶材料对侧流烟气中挥发性羰基化合物的降低率达35%以上,效果显著。
Abstract:In order to selectively reduce the content of some volatile compounds in cigarette sidestream smok, 12 metal composite gel materials were prepared by sol-gel method and other methods. The materials were analyzed and characterzed by using cold field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and X-ray diffraction instrument (XRD), and these gels were uniformly coated on the surface of cigarette paper to evaluate their effects on volatile compound reduction by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results showed that the gel materials had uniform porous structure, which was conducive to dispersing the smoke to reduce the content of volatile compounds in sidestream smoke. The reduction rate of volatile carbonyl compounds in sidestream smoke by the gel materials could always reach more than 35% with remarkable effect.
