摘要:通过合成季鏻盐改性丙烯酸树脂乳液,将其作为增强树脂,以玻璃纤维为原料,制备具有持久抗菌功能的高效玻纤滤纸。采用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)及傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析季鏻盐单体及改性丙烯酸树脂的化学结构;研究了不同上胶量滤纸的过滤性能、抗张强度及透气性能;评估了抗菌单体用量对滤纸抗菌率的影响;探讨了滤纸的抗菌长效性。结果表明,当上胶量为8%、季鏻盐单体用量为10%时,制备的抗菌玻纤滤纸具有较好的过滤性能(99.95%)、抗张强度(812 N/m)和抗菌性能(99.99%);且经过5次水洗浸泡后,抗菌玻纤滤纸的抗菌率保持在99.8%以上,具有持久的抗菌功能。
Abstract:The quaternary phosphonium salt modified poly-acrylic resin emulsion was synthesized. Then the glass fiber was used as raw material and modified poly-acrylic resin as strengthen resin to prepare the high-efficiency glass fiber filter paper with durable antibacterial function. The chemical structure of quaternary phosphonium salt monomer and modified poly-acrylic resin were analyzed by 1H-NMR and FT-IR. The filtration performance, tensile strength and air permeability of filter paper with different glue amounts were studied. The effects of the amount of antibacterial monomer on the antibacterial rate of filter paper and the long-term efficiency of filter paper were discussed. The results showed that the antibacterial glass fiber filter papers presented excellent filtration performance (99.95%), tensile strength (812 N/m) and antibacterial performance (99.99%), when the amount of glue was 8% and the amount of quaternary phosphate monomer was 10%. After five times of washing and soaking, the antibacterial glass fiber filter paper remained above 99.8% of the antibacterial rate, and had a lasting antibacterial fuction.
