摘要:采用过硫酸盐高级氧化与双膜法联合深度处理工艺处理某制浆造纸厂生化出水。结果表明,该工艺处理效果良好,抗冲击负荷能力强,可有效保证出水稳定达标。持续监测数据及长期运行状况表明,该系统平均出水CODCr约12.9 mg/L,氨氮约0.91 mg/L,总氮约3.92 mg/L,总磷约0.10 mg/L,各项指标均优于GB/T 19923—2005工业用水标准限值,满足水资源回用的要求。
Abstract:The combined persulfate oxidation and double-membrane advanced method were used to treat the biochemical effluent of a pulping and papermaking enterprise with a good treatment effect and strong shock load resistance, which could effectively ensure that the effluent quality of the system reached the standard steadily. Continuous monitoring data and long-term operating conditions showed that the average effluent CODCr was about 12.9 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen was about 0.91 mg/L, total nitrogen was about 3.92 mg/L, total phosphorus was about 0.10 mg/L. The water quality indicators were better than that of GB/T 19923—2005 industrial water quality requirements, which could be reused.
