摘要:本研究以未漂阔叶木浆为原料,在最适打浆度(70 °SR)下制备定量为60 g/m2的防油原纸,通过表面涂布TEMPO氧化纳米纤维素(TCNF)和壳聚糖(CTS)的方法,提高纸张的防油性能,探究不同涂布量对纸张防油等级、耐热油性能、防溶剂性能、纸张物理性能的影响。结果表明,双层涂布TCNF和CTS,涂布量分别为2.5和1.4 g/m2时,纸张达到最高防油等级(12级),且纸张具有较好的耐热油和防溶剂性能,透气度0.003 μm/(Pa·s),厚度为106 μm。
Abstract:In this study, unbleached hardwood pulp as raw material, oil-proof base paper with 60 g/m2 was prepared under the circumstance of optimal beating degree (70 °SR). The oil-proof performance of the paper was improved by coating TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibril (TCNF) and chitosan (CTS). The effects on different amount of coating with oil-proof grade, hot oil resistance, solvent resistance and physical properties were also explored. The results showed that when the amount of coating of TCNF and CTS were 2.5 g/m2 and 1.4 g/m2 respectively, the oil-proof grade of paper reached the peak (grade 12) and the paper had excellent hot oil resistance, solvent resistance. Air permeability and thickness of paper was 0.003 μm/(Pa·s) and 106 μm, respectively.
