摘要:本研究探讨了以聚丁二醇(PTMG)作为制备线型和交联型网络水性聚氨酯的主要原料时,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)用量对其物理性能的影响。结果表明,随着DMPA用量从2%增加到10%,线性网络水性聚氨酯分散体(LWPUD)颗粒变得更加均匀和规则;随着TMP用量从2%增加到4%,交联网络水性聚氨酯分散体(CWPUD)的粒径增加。
Abstract:Taking Polybutylene glycol (PTMG) as the main raw material for the preparation of linear and cross-linked network waterborne polyurethane, the effect of the dosage of 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and trimethylolpropane (TMP) on physical properties of it was discussed in this study. The results showed that as the dosage of DMPA was increased from 2% to 10%, the particles of linear network waterborne polyurethane dispersion (LWPUD) became more uniform and regular, and the particle size of cross-linked network waterborne polyurethane dispersion (CWPUD) increased as the dosage of TMP was increased from 2% to 4%.
