摘要:本文首先介绍了单轴卧螺挤浆机的组成和工作原理;然后对螺旋轴、滤网、真空装置和出料装置进行了分析和设计;最后对转速、生产能力、制浆浓度进行了计算和分析。试验表明,挤浆机制浆浓度可达49%,生产能力可达128 t/d。结果表明,通过对单轴卧螺挤浆机的改进设计,提高了挤浆机的生产效率,提高了纸浆浓度,降低了纸浆输送过程的成本。
Abstract:In this paper,the composition and working principle of the single shaft horizontal screw extruder was firstly introduced. Then the screw shaft, filter screen, vacuum device, and discharging device were analyzed and designed. Finally, the rotation speed, production capacity, and pulping concentration were calculated and analyzed. The experimental results indicated that the pulp concentration after extruder treatment could reach 49%, and the production capacity of the equipment could reach 128 t/d. The results showed that the production efficiency of the extruder was increased by improving the design of the single shaft horizontal screw extruder with the pulp concentration increased, and the cost of the pulp transportation process was reduced.
