摘要:本研究以我国南方优势非木材生物质——竹子为原材料,研究了预水解条件对得率、碳水化合物与木质素移除率的影响。结果表明,预水解液比、温度与时间为影响化学组分移除率的主控因素,且相同液比下化学组分移除率与水解液UV-Vis特征吸收值之间呈现出良好的依赖关系。因此,可利用紫外可见特征光谱特征吸收值建立独立于预水解温度与时间的在线检测模型,该模型对纤维素、半纤维素、木质素移除率与预水解得率均表现出优秀的预测精确度,适合通过对竹材预水解阶段的准确控制实现对竹溶解浆品质的调控。
Abstract:The dominant non-wood biomass in southern China, i.e., bamboo was used as raw materials to investigate the effect of pre-hydrolysis conditions on the yield, carbohydrate polymers and lignin removal rate. The results showed that the liquid-solid ratio, temperature and time of pre-hydrolysis process were the main controlling factors affecting the removal rate of chemical components, and there was a good relationship between the removal ratio of chemical components and the UV-Vis characteristic absorption value of hydrolysate under the same liquid-solid ratio. Therefore, an on-line detection model, that was independent of pre-hydrolysis temperature and time, could be established by using the characteristic absorption values of UV-visible spectra. The model showed am excellent prediction accuracy on removal rate of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and yield, confirming it was suitable for controlling the quality of bamboo dissolving pulp by accurately controlling the pre-hydrolysis stage of bamboo.
