摘要:介绍了国内某大型造纸企业在生产实践中节能降耗合作模式和技术改造方面的探索，通过实施永磁同步电机合同能源管理、真空系统节能改造、干燥部节能改造、沼气回收发电、厂房屋顶光伏发电等节能实践案例，有效推动企业降低能源动力消耗、实现能源资源化利用、发展清洁能源等，促进造纸生产节能、低碳、可持续发展。
Abstract:The exploration and practice of energy conservation and consumption reduction during production process of a large paper enterprise were introduced， including permanent magnet synchronous motor contract energy management， energy-saving transformation of vacuum system， energy-saving transformation of drying section， biogas recovery for power generation， photovoltaic power generation system equipped on plant roof.These practices effectively promote developments of low energy and power consumption， the resource utilization of energy， and clean energy， leading to an energy-saving， low-carbon， and sustainable development of papermaking production.
