摘要:本研究探讨了过滤层复合吸水层制备加热不燃烧型电子烟烟气成分分析用过滤材料的方法。结果表明,滤材的吸水量主要由定量决定,过滤层和吸水层的纤维种类及配比对其影响较小,当过滤层定量为120 g/m2,吸水层定量为300 g/m2时,过滤材料的吸水量可达1.94 g;滤材定量、吸水层纤维种类及配比均对过滤性能有影响,随滤材定量的增加,其过滤效率增加,但过滤阻力也增大,当吸水层的纤维配比为:85%维尼纶+15%涤纶纤维,滤材的过滤效率为99.963%,过滤阻力为351 Pa。该工艺制备的过滤材料在满足烟气检测对过滤性能和测试性能要求的前提下,相较于现在通用的过滤材料,吸水量可提高近1倍。
Abstract:A double-layer composite technology of filter layer and water absorption layer was studied to prepare the filter pad for analyzing the flue gas composition of HNB e-cigarette. The experimental results showed that the water absorption of the filter pad was mainly determined by the basic weight of the pad. The types and proportion of fiber of filtration layer and absorption layer had little effect on water absorption. When the basic weight of the filter layer was 120 g/m2 and the basic weight of the water absorption layer was 300 g/m2, the water absorption of the filter pad could reach 1.94 g. The quantity of filter material, the type and proportion of fiber of water absorption layer all affect the filtration performance. With the increase of the quantity, the filtration efficiency increased, but the filtration resistance also increased. When 85% vinylon mixed 15% polyester for water absorbent layer, the filtration efficiency of the pad was 99.963% and the filtration resistance was 351 Pa. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of filtration performance and test performance in the testing process, the water absorption of this study could be increased nearly 1 time compared with the current general filter pad.
