| 摘要:纸基包装材料作为最具应用前景的绿色可持续材料之一，近年来相关研究和产业化应用发展迅速。本文从我国新版“限塑令”下包装行业和造纸行业面临的新机遇与挑战的角度出发，系统性地探讨了纸基包装材料的研究进展及应用现状，特别是纸基包装材料中近年来的研究应用热点材料——纸基复合包装材料和纸浆模塑包装材料；重点阐述了纸基复合包装材料的复合工艺进展及分离回收利用技术、纸浆模塑制品在关键应用性能如表面性能和阻隔性能方面的研究进展，并对纸浆模塑制品的应用现状及发展趋势进行了分析；为拓展纸基包装材料的应用领域和开发功能化纸基包装材料的创新技术及产业化提供了研究方向和思路。 |
| Abstract:In recent years， paper-based packaging materials， as one of the most promising sustainable materials， have attracted more and more attention in related research and industrial applications. From the perspective of opportunities and challenges faced by packaging and paper-making industry under the new plastic limit order， the paper systematically discussed the research progress and practical application status of paper-based packaging materials， especially the paper-based composite packaging materials and moulded pulp packaging materials. To be specific， this paper mainly described the progress of paper-based composite packaging materials in composite process and the technology of recycling； in the meanwhile， summarized the research progress of moulded pulp packaging materials in the modification of surface and barrier properties， and analyzed the practical application and development trend of the moulded pulp packaging materials. Finally， the research direction was suggested to expand the application fields of paper-based packaging materials， develop the innovative technology， and industrialize the novel functionalized paper-based packaging materials. |
