| 摘要:介绍了造纸磨浆过程中盘磨机磨盘对浆料作用的强度，提出并总结了磨浆强度的表征参数，阐述了磨浆强度对磨浆效果的重要影响及齿型参数与磨浆强度不可分割的关系。重点对国内外磨浆过程量化分析的理论及磨浆强度进行了综述，并以磨齿齿面面积为磨区工作面积推导了磨齿交错面积及磨齿交错长度等磨浆强度表征参数，阐明了磨浆强度表征参数研究的重要性并对今后的研究方向提出展望。 |
| Abstract:The important effect of refining intensity on the morphological change of fibers during pulp refining in disc refiner was described in this paper.According to the theory about refining and refining intensity in the foreign and domestic， the characterization parameters of refining intensity was introduced and summarized.The bar interleaving area and length used as the refining intensity parameters were derived taking the bar surface area as the working area of the refining zone, at the same time， the inseparable relationship linking the bar profile parameter to refining intensity was also described. Finally，the importance of the research on characterization parameters of the refining intensity was expounded and the future research directions were put forward． |
