摘要:为降低造纸机干燥部能耗,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的干燥部通风系统参数优化的方法。通过建立造纸机干燥部能耗模型并利用改进遗传算法对排风温度、排风湿度和排风量进行优化。MATLAB仿真实验表明,本课题提出的优化方法使造纸机干燥部能耗进一步降低,具有显著的节能降耗效益。
Abstract:For the purpose of reducing energy consumption of paper machine drying section, the method of optimizing the parameters for ventilation system based on improved genetic algorithm was put forward. The energy consumption model of paper machine drying section was established and by using the improved genetic algorithm, the exhaust temperature, exhaust humidity and air flow were optimized. MATLAB simulation experiments showed that after using this optimizing method, the energy consumption of paper machine drying section was further reduced, which had remarkable benefits for energy conservation.
